A Jewish Chaplaincy and Outreach Initiative SoulLinks is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting Jewish souls wherever they may be, spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Founded by Rabbi Sholom D. Langsam, a seasoned law enforcement chaplain, SoulLinks connects timeless Jewish traditions with compassionate action. At SoulLinks, we serve individuals, families, and frontline responders by bringing warmth, meaning, and timeless Torah values into everyday life. Whether it’s helping someone put up a mezuzah, guiding them through the mitzvah of tefillin, leading a heartfelt Shabbat service, offering spiritual support during a crisis, or organizing inspiring High Holiday programs for law enforcement and military personnel — SoulLinks is there. Through each mitzvah, each moment of connection, we create spaces of belonging, healing, and hope.
